Aunt Lina. A puts Joe in the garden with the watering can and Sam in the attic. B says the attic means the flashlight, so Sam has it. Mia avoids the garage, so she is in the kitchen with the teapot (B), which leaves Aunt Lina in the garage with the oil can. The oily page (A) points to Lina. Nobody can solve it alone: A never learns who had the oil can, and B never learns who was in the garden or attic.
